We at Stella Maris Internal Medicine wish to inform you that effective March 12, 2010 Dr. Adam Edelman will be leaving our practice. While we wish Dr. Edelman had given more notice, we want to assure you that we will make every effort to provide continuity in the excellent care you have come to expect from Stella Maris Internal Medicine.

If you are currently scheduled to see Dr. Edelman, your appointment will remain the same. We will make certain that you are seen by a qualified medical professional, and our commitment to your care and well-being will continue without compromise. We are seeking a skilled specialist to fill the position vacated by Dr. Edelman, and will keep you informed of the changes in our office.

We appreciate the care that Dr. Edelman has provided to the patients at Stella Maris, and we wish him success in his new endeavors.
